[one_half]Foyer is a site-specific installation that brings together the outcome of my previous research about the space of the office (The Politics of the Office, 2011-14), and my current research about the space of the university (still untitled and unfunded), interrogating the relations between business and education, the corporation and the university.[/one_half]

[one_half_last]Andreia Alves de Oliveira is a photographer, researcher and lecturer based in London. She holds a PhD and an MA in photographic studies from the University of Westminster in London and is a visiting lecturer at Birmingham City University. Previously she studied law and worked as a lawyer. Her practice addresses conditions of contemporary life (work, education, displacement) through the visual examination of their spatial structures.[/one_half_last]
